To act as the governing body for Sports Medicine and Sports Science in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Our Mission

  1. Contribute to the development of Sports Medicine and Sports Sciences services in the Kingdom of Bahrain in coordination with the relevant government agencies and governing bodies.
  2. Bridge the gap and increase correspondence in the Kingdom of Bahrain via international forums related to Sports Medicine and Sports Science.
  3. Developing specialists in Sports Medicine and Sports Science and advancing their expertise though continuing medical and professional learning programs.
  4. Providing educational programs for athletes to increase athletic performance and to prevent sports related injuries
  5. Spreading awareness across the Nation with regards to the importance of physical activity and physical literacy
